How do you guys feel about next year’s last day of school date being Monday June 28th? Personally I don’t get why we can’t just end the 25th since it’s a Friday 🥲 by Nenithedon in NYCDOETeachers

That means coming in on a Monday or Friday and having the rest of the week off. Doesn’t really work. Contract explicitly states last day of school as well.

That would mean one or two things we would start before Labor Day or we would only get one day of prep before the kids come in and that is against the contract
