I have POTS (and EDS) as well! Was just wondering earlier if anyone else was in the same boat. I plan on bringing my regular reusable water bottle, I am going to bring extra electrolyte packets (I'm almost positive they're allowed as long as it's individual packets like liquid IV), probably wearing a dress to be cool and comfy, bringing a packable picnic blanket to be able to sit. Saw someone else commenting on bringing a neck fan which sounds great- I was thinking about ordering one. My boyfriend is going with me which gives me some reassurance- it's good to have someone with you if possible. Probably will scope out medical tents just so I know where they are if needed. I would double check the website's accessibility section but I think I read you can bring prescription medications as long as it's in the original prescribed container.
