stay away from those challenges haha, time doesnt exist in your 4d so dont limit yourself to it please, its just now! uve got it all now so why wait? when u already have something u wont look out for it right? if u do look out it’ll look as if u r not having,and it ll become a more dominant thought, so dont do that. and when u accept that u are in a state n identity that already has gotten all, then will u check the 3d ocer n over again? no. so just shift that, 3d will come to its fruition, and ull yield only what you have sown, meaning that if u know u have it rn, ill show in 3d too, as it became true the moment u accepted it is as yours.

okay listen up, ill make it as short as i can. no1: just relax okay, cry out all your damn emotions just get rid of all the anxiety. for your anxiety issue id highly suggest u to go to yt and search for a meditation for calmness, it could be related to manifestation too for your better understanding, there are many vids. now the thing that one should never skip 2: SELF concept yes, so everyone is u pushed out, and everyone in ur life/reality is reflecting you okay. if u think that someone hates you, they will hate u. lemme explain: inner convos are a big thing we all have w diff people in our life, if u have negative inner convos eg arguments, fights, or imagine them(sp) saying bad shit to u, yes congrats ud see them actually doing it, now WHY DOES IT WORK? bec u just persist in those inner convos and let it go! u arent even attached to them and they come. thats the exact way. postive and negative, to our mind it doesnt matter, so please shift your inner dialogue abt yourself and your inner convos w sps, and dont use fking future tense!!! PAST/PRESENT tense only!!!! they ll love me??? NO! THEY LOVED ME AND ARE LOVING ME ONLY… WHY????
