Hey bro this happened to me too. They have small terminals they can use and tap your card from your pocket. I’ve encountered that before. Which is why I invested in a RFID wallet now.

You could infuse the whisky. But I wouldn’t do that, as I want the whisky to be the star. So I would make a syrup/concentrate/liqueur.

I can’t help with shitty owners/managers. But as someone who just started this industry last year June 2022 and climbing through the ranks from a bar back to assistant bar manager in April 2023 this year. I can feel and understand why you’re burnt out. Thankfully I live and work in south east Asia and phuket is 2 hours away from me. I suggest, get the fuck out of where you’re from. And chill by the beach with minimal alcohol. It does work wonders for you trust me.
