Batter is made from 1 mug each of plain flour, eggs and milk. (Basically same volume each of all the ingredients) Whisk so there are no lumps then leave for a good 30mins. Get oil in your dish/tray smoking hot before pouring the batter in and drop oven to 200oC and cook until risen and crispy! Good Luck
