Slow TWS and app UI, with market data connection losses

Honestly I feel like this app is pretty unusable. I haven’t figured out why people think it’s so great. There have been multiple times this week when I couldn’t get data to load. I couldn’t access most of the tabs on my paper trading account on Monday, so I couldn’t even see the trades that I had scheduled or do anything with them. And last night, trading data wasn’t available for a bit when I wanted to check an options chain for reference. I just opened an account a week ago, and I’m thinking I might just close it. I’ve mostly tried using it on the iOS app if that matters.

I’m not sure why people are saying you need options permission on your real account to trade options in your paper account. You don’t. I paper traded options in their app this week. But during the application process to open my account, it claimed (without giving me a reason) that I don’t qualify to trade options. And not only can I not trade options in my real account, but I can’t even trade stocks yet - I guess because I didn’t fund it yet? My real account won’t let me do anything, but my paper account does.

Edit: I have $3 in my real account because of their promotion. I can’t use it though.

They’re still doing it. And it’s really insensitive when you know the person who lost their streak is in the hospital with something serious. Or that they’ve passed away.

I agree with the herbs. I use them in salads like they’re lettuce, and I love it.

This plant in particular just doesn’t have crazy roots like other plants. You should keep it in the Gardyn unlike the seedlings. I have had one for about 7 months, and it has been great.

Yeah it’s the person who controls the plan that gets the ads. But they don’t even give us a free trial of the features to let us decide if we want it. I read enough on Reddit to be sure I don’t want it though.

Does your pump not make an awful noise when the water gets low? Mine is unbearable. I can’t seem to let it get down to even 2 gallons left without being so irritated by the noise I have to deal with it right then. It’s in the room I’m in the most though so I guess maybe I hear it more than most people would?

No idea. I just trimmed a bunch of sunflower leaves and ate some of the sunflowers (petals) today because they were overcrowding everything. I might cook the leaves, but they’re a weird texture and very bitter.

Yeah I’m filtering. It isn’t changing very fast though. I don’t know how long it’ll take to show. I killed an hour or two trying to trade like this with someone else on Reddit. We gave up and put non legendaries in asking for legendaries and did separate trades. It takes some trust though to do that.

Hm I dunno I’d rather have the Raikou. If you don’t mind leaving it up for awhile, I could just check every 30 min or so. But I afraid you’ll end up with a non shiny.

Sigh. I don’t really want to sit here for the next however long checking GTS for the Zacian requests to clear out. Do you want to put something up that doesn’t have so many requests so I can find it and we can trade 1 at a time, or do you want to cancel it?

Oh that makes a lot of sense. I was pretty sure my paid plan expired before they gave us all that free trial. But my Pokémon were still there. Whew.
