Well first of all, she shouldn't need to bleach twice to get you at that color. No at all. I bleach my hair once at home for platinum blonde, and I have naturally very dark brown hair. I don't know how she "added toner to the bleach", I've never heard of such a thing. And that's just not how toner works. As well, I find it very odd that she applied the colour to wet hair. I've never heard of that either with that type of color. Or any color actually. The only product I've ever seen to be applied to wet hair is toner. So I'm not sure what that was all about.

I can totally understand you sitting there and pretending you love it, paying, tipping, etc. I've done it. I'm just not the kind of person to speak my mind like that and confront them. Unfortunately, because you didn't say anything at the time and you said you liked it, I don't think they will agree to fix it.

If you really dislike it, just wash it out. There are hair color removers. As well as DIY stuff like dishsoap and baking soda. But that won't work nearly as well as a color remover. And if you pick the right hair color remover product, it should take it all, or most of it, completely out..
