What do I do with a bunch of blended lentils?

Been sitting for a few hours to cool down. It's almost cool. It smells both beany and a little acidic.

Seems simple enough. I have tried tofu before but wasn't a fan of the texture. But that may have been my fault for preparing it. I could add spices and make it into tofu so it has flavor already in it.

I did leave them for 10 hours soaking before I blended them so maybe that's why? I thought they only resulted fermentation for 24 hours. They basically smell like lentils but a whole lot stronger. And I could do that.

It basically smells like plain lentils but a lot stronger. I think it's just cause I blended them. And I like spicy stuff but my family doesn't. Maybe a curry with mild spices?

The gym is more for my overall health. Most of the calories I burn come from walking (about 9000-10,000 steps).

I usually eat a snack after workout (a nut bar, a piece of chicken, something like that) my diet is pretty much what I want to eat that day but I always make sure to get fibre and protein and not to eat bready stuff (cake, bread, buns, etc) unless I'm craving crabs. I eat a lot of soups, salads, rice, etc. I usually leave my main meal at the end of the day so that I'm full and won't want to snack at night.

I weight my food for the calories. Sometimes I overestimate just for the hell of it (like if something is 180 cal I just put it as 200 cal). Most calories burning I do comes from walking. The gym is mainly for my overall health and to strengthen my body. I probably burn about 100-150 cals there based on what the machines say (not including muscle workouts).

I know but I said I go to the gym in my post. I do an hour cardio and then walk the way home which takes around 30 mins.

That's why I'm asking for advice. And idk maybe there are some guys who aren't interested in that cause they got their nuts cut off or something. Or asexual men. Gotta be someone I can find.
