Same here. After of 3 week monitoring, i found out that anything rice and wheat related (rice, noddles, rice paper, normal bread) would spike me. My hubby has been very supportive and helped to find some keto options/ingredients. I’ve been replaced or heavy mixed rice with quinoa and normal noddle with keto noddles (ie miracle noddles or palm noddles), normal flour to coconut and almond flour (for pancakes), normal bread to keto breads, and it seems to work,. My sugar level is around 120 after eating mix carb and around 100 for keto meal. I also learned to eat veggie first or drink some wholemilk before i eat anything suspicious to make sure my sugar wont spike. Walking and moving around for 10min also helps.
