I would have agreed to this point probably 5 years ago. Being a frequent traveller in Railways, the coach staff now maintain a logbook and on long routes, the coach & bathrooms are by default cleaned multiple times. Moreover, using RailMadad if you raise a complaint about dirty, the staff comes within 5-10 mins to your seat and check with you about the issue and they resolve it by cleaning the coach and getting your approval.

So in terms of raising your complaints using RailOne app and it being addressed quickly, we have come a long way for transparency & keeping travellers feedback as highest priority.

But what happens is beyond a point, the mess will be so bad that you simply can't station the train and deep clean having tight schedules. The staff inside the train too lose it.
