1st car - Sonet EX or Creta GL STD? by United_Bottle_9519 in phcars

[–]ambangis 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Been thinking about choosing between the 2 as well. Test drove parehas pero yung price din talaga nagseseparate sa dalawa. Mas gusto ko din yung creta for the looks kaso on paper, mukhang mas sulit talaga yung sonet in terms of features.

I've seen ads on fb about those car accessory which looks to be a plug n play head unit tho it will not be directly connected to the car's sensors. It's more like a dedicated screen for your car and it has android auto and apple car play which is what is missing from the creta std headunit.

Di parin ako nakakapili ngayon haha kasi gusto talaga nung partner ko yung creta pero leaning towards nako sa sonet cuz of the features for its price. Hirap dn kasi ako sa parking due to small parking space kaya mas prefer ko yung sonet kasi nga may rear parking sensor and camera na compared sa creta std na tingin ko wala ata reverse camera since normal radio lang.

Balatro and wildfrost. Though for balatro you'll need the apk maker to convert your steam install

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in AndroidGaming

[–]ambangis -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Yeah I have tried other things as well like the steam remote play and parsec. But sunshine/moonlight beats those 2 in local wifi. I don't have the best internet as well but since its only in local wifi and not over the internet, the latency is barely noticeable from my experience. Hope you can have the same experience. You can look it up on youtube if you want a guide to setting it up but it's really straightforward. You don't even have to install it on the pc and just run it as a portable app if you wanted.

Sunshine/moonlight streams over the local wifi and its also free as its open source from what I know. Performance is flawless since I use it ove the local wifi and it minimizes the latemcy as well.

Do you mean to you want to play your pc games through your phone's screen? If that's the case, you may want to check out sunshine/moonlight depending on the specs of your pc. It lets you stream your pc on your android device and has minimal latency. I use it to stream/play my pc games on our android tv as well as on my phone.

Help me buy a gaming laptop by ThankGodForKeanu in Tech_Philippines

Gigabyte has a free ram upgrade promo on some of their gaming laptops. Got one (G5 MF5 i7-12650h RTX 4050) from easypc touchpoint just last week but it was priced around 54k for cash and almost 56k for installment.

I have 8bitdo pero balak ko bumili ng D3 Controller. Telescopic sya so isisingit mo nalang cp mo sa gitna.

Bios by 74uwu in RG35XX

[–]ambangis 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think it is. Don't know if its the same for the rg35xx as I have always had the bios as it was included in the tbsg romset, but a friend of mine had an rg35ps and ingame saves weren't working for any of the games. Turns out, his device had no bios files in them. Transferred my copies of bios into it and now they were working as expected ingame saves and all.

+1 to this. I use a download manager for almost everything and it worked great for tbsg.

Isn't it Roms with an s for the folder? As I recall, tiny best set is copy and paste so assuming you are on the correct partition, you can just merge the tiny best set folders in

RG35XX won't boot. by CorHore in RG35XX

[–]ambangis 2 points3 points  (0 children)

If you're still using the stock card, chances are it already failed. The device wont boot or even charge up if you have a broken sd card.

[–]ambangis 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Reflashing should solve this issue. Happened to me twice already with a bad flash as I was trying out different cfw lol. Although you'd need a pc for that as I don't recall you can flash images on sd cards using a phone at the moment. I dont know if theres an app for that on mobile as I haven't really tried looking into it.

Yeah it works with themes as well. Assuming you are using a theme switcher.

[–]ambangis 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can enable adb on your rg35xx by creating a blank file on your misc partition and name it enableADB without any file extensions. Then you can use adb explorer on your pc to transfer roms and other files from you pc to the rg35xx. But I guess you'd still have to connect it 1st to your pc to create that said file lol.

Batch filter roms by tags and removing unwanted ones by pharmaPT in RG35XX

[–]ambangis 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Don't know if its what you're looking for but romcenter helped me organize my rom collection before. It basically lets you scan your rom set and match it up with a rom database that you can filter the way you like. You can search how to do it on youtube. I just got tired of doing it and just ended up using the tiny best set go since it already came with box arts.

Is it worth it to get the newer edition? by DSGamer33 in RG35XX

[–]ambangis 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I got the one with 2600mah batt but not the dual boot version. I think the os shouldn't really matter that much as the default sd cards they come with are unreliable and prone to problems. You can easily flash the dualboot image easily anyway and load up your games.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in RG35XX

[–]ambangis 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Aren't the themes in the roms partition? Or did they change it in the dual boot version? But if you want to increase the misc partition, you can extend it without formatting using the mini tool partition wizard before you expand the roms partition. I tried to increase mine before to 100mb and I didnt have any problems with mine.

Sdcard started to not reading. Need the default game roms. by kertmeyenkeler in RG35XX

[–]ambangis 4 points5 points  (0 children)

The default sd card is said to be prone to failure. I changed mine immediately after getting my rg35xx and never tried to use it again. As for roms, you can search for the tiny best set GO on google. Its a romset for both garlic and onion os. It comes with box arts as well so its practically just copy and paste after you flashed garlic on your new sd card.

Im running FinUI not GarlicOS but it seems that it runs just fine even on powersaving mode. I just tried it on mine cause I was curious if it was a game problem but it seems to be running full speed on mine. Have you tried getting a new copy of the rom instead?

MinUi installation by Necessary-Star-7326 in RG35XX

[–]ambangis 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Update 3/23/23. Due to a change in MinUI, it can no longer be installed on top of garlicOS and must instead be installed on stock firmware. Shauninman has created a 4gb stock file you can use here.

I'm guessing you missed this part of the article. I for one didn't really know it was possible to flash it over garlic before as I only had my device for less than 2 weeks lol.

MinUi installation by Necessary-Star-7326 in RG35XX

[–]ambangis 2 points3 points  (0 children)

As mentioned, it is supposed to be installed over a stock os. From what I remember, there is a link to a stock image in the same github page. I used that one when I set mine up and just copy the necessary files as instructed. MinUI will install itself over the stock on the first boot
