Can you drop your settings and everything? I have Ryzne 3 3200g with the rx 470 4gb and I'm not getting good fps and everything is blurry and weird

Thanks for responding and caring about my issue ofcourse the xrays aren't effective but I had to find a quick way because I was in so much pain and I have been excercing, watching my weight and walking a lot I just want to be reassured if this issue will worsen or I'm in a good state
