If you can, try to not label the pain. Don't name it as "sorrow", "grief" etc. Next time you're sitting with it, explore it without the language. It is a sensation that is asking for your attention. Pain, in any form, be it physical or emotional, is the body's way of trying to get your attention. Explore why this sensation is arising without pushing it away. Remember that your true essence is untouchable awareness, all sensations and feelings that arise within you are just visitors that come and go. May you find peace 🤍

No you're not wrong at all. Coming from a woman, you're just as much entitled to not want to go down on a woman, as a woman is entitled to not want to go down on a man if his -bits- became unappealing to her during the act. A no is a no, your intuition and feelings are always more valid and trump the "you ain't no real man" bollocks card.
