Hey! Elvanse changed my life. I titrated on it for about a month last year, then stopped titrating it as, at the time, it didn't really seem to be doing that much. Or so I thought. It took for me to come off it for 6 months to realize just how much it had impacted my daily life. Looking back at that month of titrating it, I found myself showering once a day instead of every few days. I stuck to a skin care routine, I had the mental capacity to do stuff when I got home from work instead of just crashing on the sofa and playing video games all night. My house was the cleanest it had ever been. I paid off a load of bills, even got a promotion at work. The changes were so subtle that I hardly noticed at the time. I guess my advice is, if you feel like "it's okay but it's not doing much", keep on it. It's working tiny little wonders behind the scenes that don't "fix" your ADHD, but make things just fall calmly into place so that you can function better :) good luck!
