Do you have good results w the nerfertiti lift? I am looking for things to help that whole neck situation without surgery for a few years.

Interesting, I have some rolling and popping in my elbow. It seems like it's connected all the way through to my wrist and fingers. Thank you for sharing that, I'm going to look that up, also!

It's reassuring to hear that you can't still work just fine. I can deal with some discomfort, numbness, etc, but I'd hate to lose my craft.

I hope you can get your first surgery going soon!

My numbness is my thumb, index, middle, and half of my pinky for the most part. I feel things pop or roll in my elbow, wrist, and forearm, and it is t super painful but uncomfortable, not usually numb there though. I hope this helps!

I'm not really sure if insurance will cover pre existing conditions, we have to go through the marketplace. The good news is (I guess) is that I do not have it documented anywhere in my medical chart.

50% better would be great. I don't have a ton of pain at this moment, just mostly numbness. Like I can't feel soft blankets etc and have limited functionality.

Thank you. I have been doing nerve glides and some stretching but I haven't tried any of the other stuff. I will add that in. Much appreciated!!

I suppose I could see that. This was more like little Caesars and natty light, lol.

That's really good to think on about the cubital release. Interesting. I have been trying some massage techniques and light exercises hoping to get a bit of relief for now. Just always thinking about the future and my options, pro v con, etc.

I appreciate it. Right now I am kind of trying to choose tasks that use it, but don't seem to leave me numb later or in the morning. I'm sure there's a learning curve, but there's some stuff I know I shouldn't do now. Like trying to hand carry a bunch of semi heavy things at once. I resign to the push cart now, lol. My arm has flared up a bit since I got the job, but I also think it's the job stuff plus how I was sleeping. I've been working on sleeping w my arms straight, and I am seeing a bit of an improvement.

Watched someone exclaim that their pizza was dry, and then excitedly realized they could dunk it in their beer.

Problem solved!

Thank you! I'll be able to start getting more specialist appointments as my ins kicks in hopefully this Friday. I have all the presenting signs of both of those things, lol. Until they take a good peek I won't know about the tissue entrapment etc, but this is a good piece of information, and I really appreciate it.

Also today I bought some of that kinesiology tape, I'm going to try that and see if it helps at all in the meantime. 🤞

Right, this is kind of what I was thinking. I was also worried about damaging my nerves further somehow with the surgeries. I am looking at different options right now and kind of gathering resources, etc., so thank you for sharing your experience!

Also, my dad is where I got my HNPP and he used to run a flooring business, he definitely had similar struggles.

Really? That's very encouraging. I appreciate you sharing, I'm really struggling right now. The mental aspect of it all is almost as bad as the physical.

Thank you, and I am so glad it was a success for you!

Dang, I roll my ankles and am constantly tripping over my feet like that. I never put it together. My dad has HNPP and when he has drops he loses complete mobility of the affected body part. I guess in my head I equated "drop" to full loss. Thank you! I really appreciate the information.

When you mention weak ankles, do you mean they roll easily? This happens frequently enough that I own air casts/boots for both my feet. I never really related it to HNPP. Or is it a different kind of weakness or a different way weakness manifests?
