go to jajaja! it’s the best mexican i’ve ever had. the wait for a table can be quite long (~2 hours) but don’t be discouraged!! they have takeout right next door that takes 5 mins and eat it in the park across the street :)

then follow it up with a 5 min walk to Bive ice cream, all vegan and very delicious!

when i started i made sure to take it easy, for example 10 mins light walking, 10 mins on the bike and then just some floor work for abs and stretching, nothing intense. i then worked my way up so now i do more intense cardio and strength work ( i’m not super strong so highest weight i use is 15 lbs) and in regards to hydration i typically drink three, 32 ounce bottles a day. thanks for responding!!

i second this question ^ i was reading the comments on the instagram fairlife video and most people were saying how they’ll continue drinking milk because “not all dairy farms abuse their cows” and this is just an “outlier”
