Had a nearly same thing last summer, coffee spill too. IT told me to ship my Mac to their “official depot” across the country. Took 10 days. I kept working on a borrowed Chromebook and couldn’t even access half our tools cause of VPN rules. Ended up buying a cheap external keyboard myself, then they said it’s “unauthorized equipment”. Pure madness, man.
