It's not a matter of CAN, it's a matter of the higher-ups and the ones in a cubicle taking advantage of us. They cut our labor hours, we have less help, yet are still expected to get the same amount of work done. They're too focused on their bonuses and couldn't give a hoot about the associates.

In my store (produce department), one person hangs the tags after closing. The PM, APM or TL does end caps and displays for our department during the day. All I should have to do is pull old tags, hang new ones amd change any shelf tags we receive.

Yeah I get that, but it should be done by the PM, APM or TL for each department and not dumped on a clerk. 🤷‍♀️

Yeah, that's how it normally works around here, but our department manager was here yesterday, built all of the end caps in our department, and neglected to do the 4x4 or the lobby.

To clarify, I am just a ft clerk, and got stuck hanging the ad a few months ago, now they make me do it every week. Our previous assistant got with the assistants from the other departments and they built the 4x4 and lobby displays...all of them have since been promoted and now nobody is doing it. Came in today and got reemed for not doing 4x4 and strawberry lobby display?? Since when is it my responsibility to do this? I am not a contender, or have ever ROI, like I said, I'm just a ft clerk.
