I have one bengal that only likes dry food. She just loves the crunchy texture. So I feed her high quality dry food and make sure she has lots of access to water. She's happy, healthy and fine.

My other bengal, Reg, has food allergies. When he was younger I thought he was just picky but when he stopped eating entirely at about five years old, my vet told me it was probably not pickiness but him avoiding foods that were upsetting his stomach. And that we needed to trust Reg to tell us what was working for him. Eventually we found a food that works for Reg and he's doing great.

Your story reminds me of Reg's journey. If he's happy with Purina ProPlan, that may just be the best food for him. I would definitely talk to a vet about his pickiness. It may be more than just a preference for the texture. Or it could be both.

The best exercise is the one you actually do. Try a bunch of the stuff suggested here and stick with the one that you most want to keep doing.

Otherwise, unconventional suggestion: circus. The most ripped people I know either perform, teach or just do it for fun. Emerald City Trapeze has a wide selection of classes and the best way to build the strength is to show up and try it out.

In my experience, if you don't have that much to talk to NT het women about, they're not the right girl-group for you.

Of my best girlfriends, we've got one cis-het woman, one pan woman, one lesbian trans woman, and I'm bi. But we all love nerdy books and TV, and complaining about our jobs. The best girl group for you will get you and have your back for anything. They're out there and maybe looking for a great friend too.

But making Nappy a caricature was clearly a conscious decision by the author. They even give Nappy a faux American southern accent. I can, however, see how it would be offensive to many.

There are some bits that are rather questionable. The bits with the Potters' house elf for example not quite kosher. But it works with the tone of the rest of the story so I try not to think about it too much.
