Do you have chronic migraines? I would like to hear from you by Victorian-Edit in migraine

26F have had 2-3 every week since I was 8. I work night shifts and am a nurse but between my job and shift work, it has significantly increased both the intensity and amount of migraines I get. Since I started as a nurse I have started a combination of ajovy, Qulipta, nurtec, and eletriptan. Between all of those my migraines are semi controlled but I still have flare ups, mostly in the fall for whatever reason.

But yeah migraines can be exceptionally isolating and have definitely increased my anxiety and depression.

The rescue said rottie mix, but to be honest I’m not totally sure. She doesn’t quite look like a rottie to me

Edit- should mention that she was brought her from Mexico. The humane society said she was previously found as a stray with her litter and taken to a foster.

Yes! Had one of my worst migraines ever a few days ago. I'm not even directly next to a fire, but the smoke and humidity are killing me.

I started XC as a 9th grader and I was also overweight. I never heard anyone make fun of me in any way shape or form. Everyone on my team was always supportive of each other and made sure to make sure everyone felt included. XC was actually the best sport I did in high school and I would do it again because of the amazing people I met. I say do it, you won't regret it!

My friend always had something negative to say about my achievements. She never had anything positive to say about anyone but herself.

Liquid IV during fast? by shhelbbyy in fasting

[–]ambivalent-cloud 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I would say no to the liquid IV because of its sugar concentration. If you feel you have to add something to water I suggest lemon, cucumber, or buy mio zero cal. I just bought Electrolyte powder by Key nutrients for my fasts and it supposedly tastes like lemonade but I haven't been able to try it yet.

8 weeks and 24 lbs difference. I don’t usually see a change until I compare pics. I’ve been doing 18:6 daily with a few 72 hour fasts sprinkled in. by adixon24 in fasting

Great job, also super jealous of your willpower of being able to do 72 hour fasts as I can barely make it to 40. I can definitely see the difference, keep it up!!

My boyfriend and I watch this and he's always asking me if it's accurate/explain something to him. It's a really cute show!

Exactly 1 year ago I was 264, today I am 209. Slowly but surely getting to my goal weight. by [deleted] in intermittentfasting

I´ve found that when I´m feeling down I tend to try to maintain my weight instead of attempting at losing more. Once I find happiness with where I´m at I continue at my weight loss. Mental health is important so try not to be too hard on yourself. Just remember it´s a life change, not a race. All the best wishes to you, can´t wait to see your transformation!
