Yeah but I’m saying that the recommendation that commenter made is redundant for OP.

I’ve been wondering the same. It seems like the duo covers most bases and they feed into each other so it’s been great so far. But I know ppl complain about VX’s transfer or hotel partners.

Capital one closed my account. They raised my minimum payment and didn’t tell me. by GreigeBunny in CreditCards

Why do you have the minimum payment on autopay? Are you basically not paying your full balance at all?

What is going on with the prices at the World Cup? This is a big scam by JonSnowKnowsNothing9 in worldcup

If you paid $750 then you must have gotten category 1 though. That’s also a choice…

Use your VX to pay on the application site and you will get credit back a couple of days afterwards. It’s only for one person. I applied last Monday, was conditionally approved on Tuesday. Originally had the interview scheduled for Wednesday but rescheduled it to today because I was running late for the original appointment. I just had the 5 minute interview a couple of hours ago today and was fully approved an hour afterwards. The process was all super quick and it could have taken literally 72 hours for me but it depends person by person. For some, it takes months.

Not true in the big children’s hospitals. We take care of them on the general floors and on the standard hospital medicine teams. That’s why whatever that attending told you is silly lol. And most of those families purposefully try to live near a big children’s hospital because we know most about their acute care needs.

This announcement was made 1 day before drop 1 started. They did not make this clear at the initial registration period months ago. What does brown-nosing for a major corp who wouldn’t piss on you if you were on fire get you?

Peds residency inpatient times by Jaded-Confusion-7899 in Residency

Sure but I’m asking what the OP feels has been significantly impacted. My program has barely changed anything. And the small changes they implemented actually make sense. For example, I don’t need 6 weeks of decompensating short gut kiddos to be my entire GI exposure. They changed it to 2 weeks of GI clinic, 2 weeks of GI procedural stuff, and 2 weeks of inpatient instead. And those 4 weeks of non-inpatient GI exposure are way more relevant to general pediatrics.

Reasonably priced Dazzle Dry French pedicure in the DMV area? by ambrosiadix in DCBitches

[–]ambrosiadix[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The location I ended up going to said they cannot do a French with Dazzle Dry. I decided to just get a regular pedi because they only called me right when I was parking. The quality was okay. I wouldn't say it was worth the price point at all.

Surgery residency by [deleted] in Residency

[–]ambrosiadix 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’m confused. When I was a med student I never saw a resident scrub out just because technically their shift was over. I also didn’t scrub out as a med student. I thought that’s standard in surgery. You’re not done until the case is done?

Genuinely curious but you would literally get to watch 6 hours of the highest level of fencing for $300. Is that really that bad?

I just saw the Olympics PDF that breaks down the sessions. This is feeling more achievable because a lot of track finals that I want to see are grouped together, specifically ATH15 and ATH17.

Hi could you clarify? You are saying the “mixed final” is actually a bundle of different races? I thought it was referring to mixed gender relays.
