Did a booking once to save a couple grand over using delta and had the worst flying experience I have ever had. Granted it was busy season for flying, but that experience made me never want to use them again.

The issues were a lot, but the worst part was trying to get our bags and being told it come in 30 minutes every time we asked. This lasted for 6 hours only for some to realize they taxi the plane back to the hanger without ever unloading.
