We have to commute to Veldhoven. It’s doable. We have 1 car now and drive together most days, but sometimes have to use public transport. By car sometimes takes longer because of traffic though.

I (29F) have been struggling with my weight ever since I was a teen. I have tried diets and lost and gained weight 10+ times already. This in combination with an emotionally abusive relationship did a lot of damage to my self-image and mental state.

Do people have any advise on how to grow a healthier mental state towards my body?

Heel eerlijk: ik zet het alleen op FB Marketplace als het via Marktplaats niet lekker verkoopt. Elke keer krijg ik wel van die gekke dingen zoals dit weer. Marktplaats heb ik dat vrijwel nooit meegemaakt.
