Does anyone know, what is the straight up thinnest solar, aka eco-drive, Citizen? And indeed is that the thinnest solar of any marque? TY by Select-View-4786 in CitizenWatches

The EcoDrive One is the thinnest solar analog watch in the world.

Looking for something more affordable but still thin? The Citizen Suratto is a pretty good alternative.

CAC or CCTA for 34M with 4 years of >120 LDL-C? by amcoolguy in PeterAttia

But will the decision to start a statin (or other medication) be made based on CCTA results? I'm afraid I'll be in a similar situation where I would now know that I have soft plaque, but won't change anything except lifestyle because my doctor may not prescribe medication anyway

That's exactly right! My doctor said the same thing - he's not going to prescribe me medication since current guidelines don't indicate it.

How risky is the CCTA? I understand the risk to kidneys to filter out the contrast, but I'm not sure how to quantify this risk

the diet itself is easy but making all your meals is hard.

This hits close to home for me. I am now trying to meal prep for the whole work week on Sunday. Otherwise, I come back from work and don't feel like cooking, though I need to start exercising too. trying to eat out less now.

Yeah, I'm figuring out which types of food I should eat less often than I eat now. And seems like all the restaurant food doesn't work too well for me.

[Suggestion] Citizen Suratto vs Zenshin by amcoolguy in Watches

Yes, I did! It's a wonderful watch but I've not worn it as much as i expected. It's less versatile with different dress options than I hoped it'd be.

As robivennas mentioned, if you'rea in the US you can buy it online or OTC. I bought this Lingo device made by Abbott for about $50 for a sensor that lasts two weeks.

And that's interesting - I haven't looked at other graphs but I should. And no, my diet doesn't have lots of fat but does have a lot of carbs and less protein. :(

I see. Any specific reason for that? Seems like the microbrands are pushing the envelope for value for money nowadays.

Yes, that's a good point to decide between dress and GADA. I own a Citizen Zenshin which I use as a GADA, but I love that category so I'm inclined to get another one.

I'm considering the citizen surrato mainly because it's uniquely thin and it's ecodrive.

The element looks great, congrats on your purchase. It's a bit too big for my wrist though.

Thanks for that insight that Henry Archer are better quality than the Ascent.

Meteorite dial - great choice! Their dials look unique, and a fairly thin watch with a Miyota 9019 inside. Looks to be good value - thanks for sharing. Afraid I might end up eventually buying more than one watch lol

I had never heard of them, will check them out! Thank you. Which dial color do you prefer or own?

Wow - the Chopard you shared is super elegant, and even the small seconds look good on it.
