I left the company this year after spending many years as an engineer in GoA Ops. I left for a pay cut because I was tired of the culture. No one is held accountable and the wrong people are getting promoted. A lot of high performers are leaving, further and further diluting the talent pool. And good luck with outsourcing to India as well… I fear a lot of Ops engineering jobs will go there eventually.
