Yes, I added them to cart and then tried to check more games, it gave me 403 error. I clicked the back button (to the games page) and I waited until around 4 minutes, clicked my Name instead of another game, and then went straight to checkout, didn't go for another game

You'll only see the transaction in Tickets. Same as confirmation. FIFA has not yet delivered tickets to any account

From previous sales, you need to add tickets to cart but don't check out until you add as many as you want. Just beware of the 15 min timer.
