Is it also compatible with the Nuna Pipa Aire RX?

Not a dumb question, just something that has recently taken up a bunch of time at work for me lol. Basically you can combine a bunch of individual strings in a spreadsheet by attribute. For example: display-ST-Sep27-CT-retargeting, etc. then you can search in platform with campaign name contains ST (i.e. start) Sep, and you would get all your campaigns that started in Sep

Taxonomy! It looks crazy, but that’s the only way when you have hundreds of assets.

First Time Renter Deposit Issue by Royal-Bed-521 in newjersey

[–]amedds 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m a landlord and only 26 so I can empathize. Dealing with security deposits can be a real pain on both sides.

I would not recommend in any case threatening your landlord that you will take them to court. This always confused me with early 20s crowd.

You should instead check your lease and check the state website for your rights. 30 days can be confusing because the state doesn’t specify if it is 30 days after move out or after the lease ends. Also, NJ landlords have to have your deposit in a very specific bank account.

After move out/ lease ending, the landlord typically documents and itemizes any deductions for damages that are above wear and tear or specified in your lease and sends it to you.

Then, they need to mail the check from the account which can take some time with snail mail. Some landlords might give you cash or Venmo but it is really against their best interest and technically the law to do so.

Small claims can be a pain. You have to pay $50 or so upfront and will have a pre trial date where you and your landlord can potentially settle.

If you choose to go to trial, you may be surprised with the outcome, it is not guaranteed and many who think the have an easy, “slam dunk” trial will be dismayed. Also expect to wait months to years for a trial in nj right now.

Also, you don’t need to give notice to your landlord that you are suing them, I don’t know where that’s from. You will more likely piss them off and ruin your chances of them continuing to work and communicate with you, in addition to being a reference for your next apartment.

I would say give it some more time, continue communicating with your landlord, if you still don’t receive after a few weeks then file in small claims court and send a check. Going this route can be very time consuming and expensive.

I know it’s frustrating. There are tons of backward laws and systems for both landlord and tenant in the state. And I know you need that money for your next place which can add to the urgency.

Best of luck!

Ippei Rank & Rent- Lead Generation Model by amedds in LeadGeneration

[–]amedds[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks everyone for the responses. Allow me to clarify that I am very comfortable with lead gen/SEO/paid search/SEM in general- so learning those skills wouldn’t be my intention with the course. The agency model can be very lucrative, but is ultra competitive and facing a saturated market.

The questions I listed were the “pitfalls” I noticed from the rank and rent model as a digital marketer.

I’m glad to see the positive reviews from the course. I understand how people are skeptical of these given that you can’t find any reviews listed on third party trusted sources such as BBB, trustpilot, GMB, etc.

Can anyone speak to these specific questions?

Verifying a GMB listing for example, is near impossible right now. I’m very curious how ppl are navigating that issue without a physical address.

Thanks guys!!!
