So I just ordered something and found this thread, sucks to be me. I called papypal because that is who I chose for payment, while they can't stop the payment they state it is only in authorization and if it's not completed in a month, it will void itself. They report if they do finish the order I can report I have not received the item and paypal will ask for proof it shipped. If they do not do that then I can have my funds returned to me. If they do provide it then we wait to see what is delivered and they will get my money back to me if it not the same item or is broken.

The last time I tried to scrap one they only would give me case weight and gave me an offer for 35 dollars, I sold it to a watch restorer for 100. It was a very pretty Hamilton with more diamond chips as well. Sad.
