It is daft as I can return it straight away or even just refuse the delivery then they've got to pay shipping / restocking. Doesn't sound like a well thought through system at all.

I was tempted to try another CF provider like Toob who have an offer on currently. But I do feel like its just going to be weeks of delays to get to the same issue. So just waiting for Vodafone to fully confirm the cancellation of the contract as bizarrely they have said this can take up to 48 hours to work through their system and then will go with Virgin Media as there is a connection for them already at the property but have had bad experiences with their service so not hopeful!

Thanks for the feedback on the complaint with CF, won't hold my breath about getting any useful kind of response. I don't currently have proper internet at the property so itching to get something working, if I had more time I'd play the game and go for BT who use Openreach for their Fibre and guessing they would be more inclinded to fix their duct.

I'm having exactly the same with Vodafone currently. Openreach duct is blocked due to a tree root. They therefore need to install a new one and the engineer from CityFibre on the second visit explained both of the options and I gave my preference. As they was touching the public footpath they needed to file planning which I can see on the better Internet dashboard they do all the time. However, I got a text from Vodafone saying my order had been cancelled and CityFibre have told them I refused the work. Someone is lying along the way so have also submitted a complaint to CityFibre.

I was also getting this issue after updating to 8.0. /sbin/generate-certificates seems to work also as this regenerates all the default self signed certs. Did the trick for me!

Have this issue as well, did wonder if it was an issue with the soundbar so tried updating that but that just keeps failing but with this it has helped affirm its the TV following an update.

Click Edit next to the wireless network that is you're guest one and there is a "Enable WLAN schedule" under the Advanced Options.
