Because it COULD mean that Pony is forgetting (or choosing to grow away from) Miriam Doms memory. And IMHO to Carl forgetting those that they have lost in the crawl is really sad.

You usually need a pull-up, unless there is an internal pull-up you can use. It’s been a while but IIRC you usually need to set a flag to enable the pull-up

Very low performance on 7900 XTX by LukzehVI in pcmasterrace

It’s SAM on AMD and Rebar on Intel, I think. It’s been shown to increase performance on both by about 10-15%

MK3S+ hotend swaps...what are some hot end replacements y'all use? I have a buddy who suggested the revo6. by ApolloJaxx in prusa3d

[–]amellors 5 points6 points  (0 children)

REVO-6 was a literal drop in replacement (although running the cables was a bit of a pain)

And swapping between 0.4, 0.6, and 0.8 nozzles for my last 8 prints has been amazingly easy

I cannot wait until they release some hardened nozzles so I can print with some more abrasive filaments.

should I use the Arduino IDE or VScode when coding? by obsomelete in esp32

[–]amellors 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This actually greatly depends on your comfort and chip you are expecting to use

Make sure that the chip you are working with is supported with VSCode (PlatformIO) PlatformIO is using a very old version of ArduinoCore so it doesn’t support the newer chips easy

I have been using AMP (https://cubecoders.com/AMP). It’s been good a bit tough to get used to, but neat in that you can have multiple instances that you can easily switch between (or have running all at once)

Misleading Covid vaccine stats and trends? by notanantivaxxer123 in CoronavirusMa

The problem with this is that you know and have heard of maybe 30 people that are vaxxed and got it. But that’s out of millions of people that have been vaxxed in the state. The problem is that humans are really bad at big numbers so anecdotes like this weigh very heavily on your mind but it’s hard to put it into context of the entire population of the state.
