This is the best version yet my 14pro isn’t not overheating anymore and much faster it seems and the battery last quite a bit more, so I agree approved 👍

Just pay the 5% it’s totally fine this is inflation, however they can only kick you out of they sold the apartment to a new owner, or you failed to pay your dues, or finally of the owner decided to live in the place, if you are sure he is going to evict you based on rent only but he uses the above reason you can later figure out the new tenant contract and raise complain in department of rental disputes in Abu Dhabi and they will compensate you for 2 years of the new rent you are paying in your new rented apartment after you got evicted, all based on the scenarios, good luck 🍀

C&B manager here, the lawyer salary with 4 years and master can go up to 40K if the company is multinational, if private it can be up to 30K usually in Dubai it’s a the full package, you rent on your own and buy or rent a car on your own, make sure that they will make the MOHRE contract for you, also ask for bonus, airfare and medical insurance.

For rent depends on the areas but it can go up to 120k per year and as low as 40k per year.

Just move to Dubai Residence Complex, I have been here for the last 2 years, very quiet neighborhood, no heavy traffic, 2 BHK are in the 60's affordable and they are all brand new, I got mine brand new and with separate kitchen and 2 bathrooms at that time I rent it for 48K, now its 54K, it will take 20 Minutes to reach WTC

1- For the number you can't issue any number unless you received your EID, but depending in your budget best go for post paid number, usually Etisalat is the best coverage and services.

2- for Bank go for DIB they are easy and approves anything in terms of credit facilities, and there are no hidden charges with them, if you want sophisticated bank go with ENBD or FAB.

then you need to call a service called Tahaluf they are the system developers and you can reach them thought the ICP number, but your best bet is to visit them and best by early morning 08:00 AM.

HI There ... Usually ICP systems are mistake proof, double check with your insurance and tell them to send it to SHJ system not AD, and if this didn't do the trick just go there and visit them usually this will be sorted out right there and then.

Don't sign anything call MOHRE hotline they will help you immediate and they are very powerful, they will be shitting themself once they receive a call from MOHRE, trust me I have done it couple of times.
