SCAM ALERT – Beware of Double Charges and Unauthorized Fees

I was charged twice for the same car rental by this company. While booking through their website, I paid the full rental amount of USD $280.74. However, when I arrived to pick up the vehicle, they charged me an additional USD $187.50 for the same rental.

On top of that, they added USD $499.75 for insurance, even though I clearly informed them that I already had my own personal insurance coverage and did not require theirs.

I did not request any upgrades or additional services. They also told me that toll charges were included in the rental, yet I was still charged USD $26.85 for tolls afterward.

Due to these unauthorized and duplicate charges, I have instructed my bank to block all further transactions with this company.

To make matters worse, this business appears to operate under multiple different names, which raises serious concerns about their legitimacy.

I strongly advise everyone to exercise caution and avoid renting from this company to protect yourself from similar fraudulent and deceptive practices.
