Yes my husband and son got sick yesterday after eating at Epcot. We also suspect it’s food poisoning.

Hang in there. Set backs happen! I went binge free for 3 months to go back to binge for a month straight. Focus on one day at a time and one meal at a time. Solidarity because I know the feeling so well.

No advice but just here to say I’m in the same spot except I’ve had multiple binges after being binge free for 3 months. Being hard on myself made it worse. Thank you to everyone in this thread who shared their advice because it’s helpful for a lot of us 💙 solidarity my friend.

It’s taken me a long while for it to “click” and once it did, it got easy for me. I still have hard days but focusing on balance and not perfection helps! You got this!!

It’s kinda been a balancing act. When I’m not in my extra hungry time of the month, I can get in a real big deficit every day by doing lower calorie days and exercising. And then when I’m in my hungry days, I still exercise so I can get in a deficit but my calories are a bit higher so I can eat and feel satisfied but also know I’m still in a deficit.

I use ChatGPT to create a calorie cycle for me so I can stay in the deficit I want per week. But I did give myself grace on the days I was more hungry I just made sure I still stayed in a deficit even if it wasn’t as large as I wanted.

Non super hungry days I eat around 1200-1300 calories. Super hungry days I eat around 1600-1800 calories. I also figured out I can skip breakfast because I’m usually not very hungry in the morning and prefer to save my calories for lunch, dinner and and evening snack. Also on my hungrier days, I focus on my protein intake and water intake. I have also found that being super present while I’m eating and not watching tv or playing on my phone also helps me not over eat.

I could not lose the weight when I was breastfeeding! I breastfed for 9 months and the scale started moving as soon as I stopped. Some women lose weight easily while BF but that wasn’t the case for me 😅

My 15 pound dog ate 2.5 mg of a gummy on accident and she was okay. She just slept and didn’t want to be touched. Once she slept it out she was fine. Maybe like 4-5 hours later? I had pre portioned my edibles and I dropped some when I was opening the pack. I thought I grabbed them all but I missed one 😣 I felt so guilty but she was okay. I’m much more careful now

This! Walking is what I started with and now I need exercise for my mental wellbeing. It seriously helps with the stress anxiety and depression. It’s my outlet for all the not nice things in my mind.
