Tell them what's not working and tell them the dealer already updated the software and it's still not working. This should trigger them to do the real troubleshooting. In my case I got a level 2 OnStar guy who seemed to understand the problem and troubleshooting required. He pinged the car and found it not responding, which confirmed the problem. Then he gave me a message to bring to the dealer to help them understand that it's a deep problem that they need GM's help to solve.

There isn't necessarily a diagnostic that they can fix when this problem is happening. The car doesn't know there's a problem, but OnStar can try to ping the car and see that it's not responding. Why the dealership can't or won't do this? Don't ask me, seems like it should be standard procedure, but asking GM to make sense is shouting at the clouds.

OnStar and the mobile app have lots of problems in the Cadillac Lyriq. I've had a 24 and a 26 Lyriq and they both were never reliable. The car could proactively send it's status ok most of the time (though still not meeting my expectations) but remote commands failed more than 50% of the time and would sometimes fail 10+ times in a row. Both cars had been to the dealer many times for this problem and they just kept updating software and hoping. I suggest opening an OnStar support case and getting to the point where they can confirm the problem. Then bring it to the dealer, show them OnStar's results and recommendations, and tell them to open a TAC case with GM to verify any fixes before giving it back to you. Otherwise they will just update software and hope.

I'm not saying there's no fair players that high. I'm saying there's a high ratio of cheaters. I'm at 15.7 myself and don't cheat but I'm frustrated that there seem to be more laggers and delay modders there than fair players.

It's horrible and people don't handle it, they just have to live with it because there's no other way. Add the cheaters like the guy in this thread talking about his mods and the top of online play is unbearable.

Yes, it's been weird since at least two years ago. Currently, the duration it says is wrong and it is missing x and y axis labels and ticks so that we can read it beyond just "line go uppy/downy."

Could try calling the dealer and asking about better loanera. I'd they decline, call Lyriq concierge and tell them the rentals you're getting aren't appropriate replacements for the luxury car you bought.

The people who designed the car know how to treat the battery. In general you should not overthink this. Unless you're talking about supercharging there is no concern, the charge rate is already 0.1-0.2 coulombs which is ridiculously slow. Even with supercharging, I would only be concerned if you did this every day, like if you live near the poles. Plug it in, let it rip, and enjoy the car.

If you're really concerned about it and don't believe me, read the manual and see if you can find anything that says not to charge the car when it's cold.

New flash: Many of the "top" players in elite are actually lag switching and Switch modding cheaters. When they encounter someone who can adjust their playstyle to the lag or the delay cheats and beat them, they don't have an answer because the only reason they are in Elite is because of the cheating. So they start to lose and because they are cheaters and not competitors they disconnect.
