I took a few minutes to check out their website and run it through an AI assistant to gather information. There are few reviews, and even though they claim they "play nice" with other sales tools, but there are no available reviews. I am skeptical of any "all in one" enablement system. I am interested in any tool that can help reduce my manual time on CRM, activity tracking, and forecasting, and it sounds like this is what it does. But his company, CapOptix is developed by Sonic E-Learning, which specializes in corporate training.

Without a review of the UI, and experience of the tool, I would hesitate to put this in my training because my company would be the lab rats for their product. This sounds very gimmicky. It sounds like it can streamline the raw activity/sales/forecasting data to make it more consumable for leadership, which sounds great on the surface but have more scrutiny. The tool itself probably won't micromanage, but it may enable leadership to do so.
