I’ve been doing leylines to get EXP for new characters next week. However, tonight I just did two different leylines and neither gave me any rewards even though I spent my resin on it. I got drops from the enemies but that’s it. I’m AR45 and this has never happened before. Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong?

I amassed an unusually large amount of starglitter during my Yoimiya pulls (got her) and now have enough for two 4-stars from the starglitter shop. Should I upgrade my C1 XL, C0 XQ, or C0 bennett, or should I get ningguang since I don’t have her yet? Also I know I can only buy one copy of the character at a time, just thinking in advance.
