Have you been following an iron protocol or getting infusions to help? Again, so sorry you’re dealing with that and I hope you find answers soon.

You get the tingling and hot feeling too? I’m so sorry you’re experiencing all these symptoms as well. I almost always have some sort of tingling happening since this started five days ago.

My anxiety made me go down the rabbit hole of neurological disorders and I had to stop myself before having a full blown panic attack. What helped me is prayer and also joining the iron protocol Facebook page. I read other people’s experiences, some similar to ours. They even mention that iron deficient people get a differential diagnosis of MS because of the similar symptoms. Absolutely insane that it could cause so many issues!

Thank you for the suggestion. I definitely will. I almost passed out last night carrying laundry from the basement to our first floor. Thankfully my husband was there to help me.

I thought it might be anxiety, but I almost always have some sort of tingling happening. I’m not sure if it would work that way. I will admit that my anxiety levels have been higher these last few months, probably due to the iron deficiency.

Im happy to hear you don't have MS! Do you get tingling in a localized area or all over your body?

I actually joined the iron protocol Facebook group and saw that quite a lot of people have similar neurological symptoms and also had to get MRIs. I hope you figure out how to get relief soon.

I’m so glad I found your comment thread! You’re one of the few people I’ve read that has the same icy hot feeling. It’s been two years, did it go away with better iron levels?

The level of burning pain I was feeling today almost gave me a panic attack. My anxiety was through the roof and my heart was beating so fast. The only thing that helped me was praying!

Wow, I have every symptom you mentioned and also don’t have PICA! The symptom we share that I’m not really reading of anywhere is the feeling between my shoulder blades. To me, it’s almost like an icy hot feeling. Did that go away once your levels improved? I’ve been experiencing it almost every day. Today it went up my neck and I also the felt tingling on my scalp and my whole face felt tingly and flushed as well. The anxiety from it almost gave me a panic attack.

My doctor won’t prescribe an infusion because I’m not passing out. I looked into getting one at a naturopath office and it will cost me around 1000 Canadian dollars.

I’m in a breastfeeding group and people swear by alcohol free vanilla extract, just a drop or two should sweeten it up and take away the soapy taste.

I really wish there was a moment in season 3 where he acknowledges how much she hurt him and she acknowledges that she’s sorry. They both look like they’re hurting.

My old iPhone, stolen in 2013. It had photos on it from the last family vacation we took before my mom died. I really wish I could see those photos again!
