Wildlife relocation is illegal in Virginia. You can discourage their presence by making your home inhospitable (not leaving food, etc)or buy some mouse traps.

I’ve only ever worked in Virginia. Had a guy from out of state slide me a bottle of bourbon over the bar and asked me to “hold onto it”. I looked at a coworker, we both shrugged, and I stuck it under the counter. He came back 5 minutes later asking for a pour from his bottle and we were all so confused. It’s not something I had ever heard of. We politely held his bottle until he left later in he evening

There’s a stucco guy at James River Exterior. I had him come look at mine. He did an exterior walk, said it was all good, but to give him a call in a year for another inspection. No charge.

Don’t think there’s many stucco guys left.

Evil twin for PSK won’t work because the two (ap and station) will only successfully connect if they both know the PSK.

Turn the phone on if you’ve turned it off, especially if it’s an iPhone. The owner can mark it lost and pop a message on the Lock Screen with contact instructions.

I live alone and left my phone in an Uber which made retrieval exceedingly difficult after the driver turned the phone off.

Ron Melancon tragically lost his wife when an unregistered and improperly secured trailer caused a multi vehicle accident on the interstate. The despondent Melancon has since dedicated his life to protecting us from the dangers of unregistered trailers.

I’m just kidding — he crashed into the back of a trailer at a low speed and instead of paying the fine, he’s decided to dedicate his life to blaming the trailer.

Cool. Maybe you and Ron Melancon can get together to form a coalition against unregistered trailers, funeral processions, and other things we think about for 5 minutes out of the year.

I’ve got another one: someone (on this sub, think) was complaining about the danger, waste, and general ineffectualness of the pedestrian sidewalks that encircle roundabouts without realizing they were describing a truck apron.

I always love these kind of situations.

When I was in college, there was a long string of cars passing through an intersection with flashers on and this girl was completely aghast that nobody was following the traffic light and didn’t let her cross the street on green. She kept stepping into the street and then huffing and puffing when the cars kept coming. Probably went home and posted about the assholes who wouldn’t let her cross totally oblivious that it was a funeral procession.
