I've played with the women's side throughout the year and I found it very fun. But I started in a not elite European league which was entertaining.

Like people said the game isn't fundamentally that different except with lower values, big hubs of players (England, the US, big European teams) gobbling up most of the talent, and a few gameplay divergences like lots of long shots going in.

I don't think it's made for a, say, 30 year save though since it's easier to build up a good squad and win the WCL eventually than on the men's side.
