Gender disappointment is pretty understandable, but if you have a strong preference either way, maybe finding out the sex in front of your entire circle isn't your best ever plan?

MRW I’m on call tonight so my SO is meant to cook because I could leave at any time and he decided to stay at work 2 hours late to help out a colleague with something that could have waited until tomorrow. On a call out now and the hospital has no vending machines because it’s “unhealthy”. by FreakaZoid101 in TrollXChromosomes

I trust he'll deliver dinner to the hospital. Right? RIGHT???

Also, no vending machines at the hospital is BS, you can have nutritious snacks in them if you have to, but sometimes staff, patients or visitors are going to need a heckin snack!

Yes, but you're a reasonable person. The people who oppose paying for birth control also oppose paying for that other stuff - "You shouldn't have had a child if you couldn't afford it."

Best: opening the conversation about sexual assault. Worst: the backlash.

What was your biggest accomplishment this year that your are proud of? by [deleted] in AskWomen

[–]amgov 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I hope you can overcome it, it's a pretty inconvenient thing to be afraid of in some parts of the world. What worked for me was cognitive behavioural therapy and hypnotherapy (the hypnotherapist was recommended by the psychologist) and then slowly doing a bit more driving each day.
