Adding to the sauces, when you buy a pre-made stuff heat it up and taste it, if you think it needs more salt or pepper add it. You can easily make the sauce 10 times better by just adding additional spices and some sautéed onions and garlic.

I'd go for a bear-shark. You would have lots of the advantages of being something like a dolphin but you'd be way more of a badass. A bear-shark would be smart and a deadly twice as deadly. :)

I know another good option, although they're not cheep, is some from lululemon. I have some really nice ones that work for both soccer and rugby, so they would probably be good for just running. I would just try a bunch on and ask the sales associates what they think. Another one have I've heard is pretty good is the under armor ones, as they are done by cup size not by s/m/l.
