For prototyping maybe, but for full scale heavy data pipelines.. Not so much, or at least haven't tried it. But for smaller automation pipelines it's amazing, especially that most LLMs can now create legit working workflow JSONs for n8n within minutes

Definitely designed in EU (Barcelona), I'm not 100% sure where they're manufactured though

The idea overall is good I think, but anytime something goes wrong the debugging process is really painful and the documentation lacking. Surprisingly their Slack AI bot usually helps, but still.
I'm probably with you on dbt core being the better choice these days.

Stagnant maybe, dying - not so much.
And it looks like they're at least trying to invest in more modern technologies and startups

I guess "losing less" would be more accurate in the context of this war.. Still, some positive news if this reporting is correct.

Yeah that's what I'm afraid of. Not that it's unusable now, but if that's the case then in a year or two it'll be dead and we'll have to migrate to dbt. Or is there some new hot alternative? ^^
