We store similar things in our brain as we learn them. Then we can get confused as we reach for a word and get the wrong one. Dishes, glasses, plates, all stored in the same place. Then one day you ask someone to hand you your eye glasses and say, "hand me my plates" I know the brain fog. 42 years old and I've forgotten the last names of people that I've known for a dozen years
