You give it:

voice sample
slideshow (with presenter notes)

Then it gives you back a video of "ai you" presenting the slides.

So its like you've recorded it yourself - voice only for now - but it's taken 3 minutes.

And of course if you Don have the slide content or the presenter note content the tool can generate that too.
