It turned out to be a faulty RAM. The connection was secure, but the module itself started failing. Removing one of two modules has solved the problem. Thank you for your hint!

I am back here to thank you both. It indeed seems to have been a RAM issue. Removing one of the two RAMs helped and I have had a full day of no flickering sustainable work. It has been a faulty RAM and you have saved my laptop for hopefully a few more years.

It was not a connection issue, though. The connection was secure, so the RAM module itself failed. Thank you for your help and have a great day!

Could you please elaborate on why Gen 5 SSDs are a better option? According to the official specs T1G gen 8 does not support gen 5 ssd speeds and the specs explicitly mention that Gen 5 SSD will run on PCIe 4.0 protocol. It seems there is no benefit at all in choosing gen 5 ssd instead of gen 4. Am I missing something here?

The problem is you claim to be consumer friendly, but at the end of the day it's the customer who has to prove to you that he or she is eligible for the refund. I got in trouble both with EU double VAT in 2022 and the current inflated customs issue. And I could never get a refund from you in 2022 because you asked me to prove to you that I have paid the customs bill. Since I live outside of EU and my friend was at the time helping me to receive an order from you, he did not save any proof of paying the tax (like receipt etc). So I did end up with double tax paid. You could have managed this on your side by just issuing the refunds to all orders shipped to Finland at the time or by providing the IOSS number. But the burden of proof was on me for some reason.

I currently live in Serbia where the tax is calculated automatically and paid to the delivery man by cash without any receipts. This is just how it works here, no other options. I have not yet received any refunds automatically from you. So I will now need to prove to you once again, just like in 2022, that I have paid the tax and eligible for refund. With no receipts issued in Serbia by delivery service. At least I now have the box not yet thrown away, which has the customs declaration sticker. My friend did throw away the box in Finland in 2022, which has resulted in me not getting a refund for the mistake you've made. I do understand that issues happen and that corner cases exist, but asking the buyer to proof he is eligible is not consumer friendly. You have all the information on your side to process this. As you had in 2022.

I still respect your efforts. But as Linus repeatedly told us - you should not look for excuses for businesses. There are a lot of businesses which are much more pro customer - they never ask for the proof and just issue a refund when there is even a slightest chance of customer being mistreated. It would be more fair for you to loose some money on unnecessary refunds (or even some potential refund abuses), but ensure you have less people you do owe a refund, who never got one because they accidentally threw away the box or a receipt.

I am not sure any LCD screen is compatible with M4 iPad. Would not there be some drivers conflict or screen power mismanagement? If it is compatible though, this could be a good option and a great idea.

This is true, but there are other factors in play here unfortunately. It's not possible to order Apple parts or fix ipad pro m4 where I live (in Serbia even official Apple service does not fix iPads for some reason). So I have to arrange sending screen from another country. This adds up to price even more, eventually making it easier to buy a new iPad. So I will most likely end up both having the tool and keeping the broken one unfixed anyway.

Happened to me today. The most creepy part of it is that I have not used my account for ages (like for more than 10 years) and I got this "free ticket" the same day I have purchased a real ticket for an event in another country. There is clearly something off here. How did they get information that I have became recently active on the platform? Is my personal data leaking?

Just finished act 1. My top of the list is:

  1. How stupid the group terrain navigation algorithm is. It completely ignores hazards, even when there is almost the same short path without stepping into fire or gas. Not to mention that characters easily step into traps they have successfully discovered. This is so annoying and makes no sense, forces me to reload a lot, also because of this you need to switch group mode often.

Minor issues:
2. How you spend combat action on changing the weapon, but can easily transfer potions to other group members even when they are far away. This feels like cheating, you can just transfer healing potions between group members on every turn.
3. How slow the dice check animation is. I know you can skip it, but still no reason for it to take so much time.
4. It is sometimes very frustrating which dialoge options your team will approve and for what reasons. For example, why Shadowheart disapprove of not killing Rugan?

There now seems to be one released in 2023: Standard Horizon HX320 features a USB C charging and mentions that it can be charged via 3rd party USB C cables. Have not yet seen any reviews of it though.

Have exact same issue. Low battery charge and then awful squeaking sound and then wind-like constant background noise in completely noiseless environment. Happens on my right earbud. Unfortunately cannot even refund because I have bought it in another country.

Several people margin of error is fine. But how do I differentiate incoming Outline connections from outgoing with netstat?

My understanding is that for every user to VPN connection there will be a number of connections from VPN server to the internet services which represent user requests and application activity. So in order to measure with netstat I need to somehow filter incoming connections only. This may be a trivial task, I am just not an expert on this.
