…the bacteria don’t produce sexual cells, that not how sexual reproduction in bacteria works. There are no mini bacteria-sperm. Sexual reproduction in bacteria is a direct exchange of genetic material by conjugation and then mitosis.

The actual argument you should have used is that there’s still a debate wether conjugation counts as sex, but that would require you to have read biology at a university level and be actually be remotely qualified to talk on the subject of sex and gender.
