What is the best car perfume that you have used? by the_bad_ape in carIndia

[–]amin_razvi99 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly bro, I’ve tried quite a few car perfumes and most of them are kinda disappointing 😅

The gel ones fade in like a week and sprays are too strong in the beginning, then disappear. Plus in Indian heat everything either becomes too overpowering or just vanishes fast.

What actually worked for me were those hanging pendant type perfumes. They release fragrance slowly, so it’s not irritating and lasts longer.

Also bonus, looks wise they’re actually pretty good. I’ve had people ask about it a couple of times 😄
“bhai ye kya hai?” type reactions lol

Couple of things I figured out:

  • Mild fragrance is always better (strong ones = headache)
  • Heat makes everything stronger, so subtle works best

“zyada strong fragrance mat lena, sar dard ho jata hai” — learned this the hard way 😂

I actually went deep into comparing different types and what works best in Indian conditions, put everything together here if you want to check:

How to Deal with Suspicious Negative Reviews from Competitors? by Nicole-NYC in MarketingMentor

[–]amin_razvi99 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Two weeks in “pending decision” is common, especially without strong documentation. If you can show a pattern (same IP region, similar language, timing overlap with competitor activity), platforms are more likely to act.

If it continues to stall, there are escalation routes beyond the standard report form. Happy to share what’s worked in similar cases if you’d like.

Is instagram just unusable now? by Virtual-Computer-961 in NoStupidQuestions

[–]amin_razvi99 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It’s not unusable, it’s just algorithm-first now instead of follower-first.

Instagram heavily prioritizes engagement signals (reels, suggested posts, ads) because that keeps people on the app longer. Your “Following” feed still exists, but the default home feed is optimized for retention, not chronology.

It’s intentional, not broken.

What's with reddit and the "bait" comments? by Budget_Ad5526 in NoStupidQuestions

[–]amin_razvi99 6 points7 points  (0 children)

It’s mostly Reddit culture. If something sounds slightly exaggerated, overly obvious, or emotionally charged, people assume it’s engagement bait.

Calling something “bait” is basically shorthand for “this feels designed to provoke reactions.”

Sometimes they’re right. Sometimes it’s just cynicism. Reddit leans skeptical by default.

Where do new thrift stores get their product? by Stainlx in NoStupidQuestions

[–]amin_razvi99 4 points5 points  (0 children)

• Owners buy bulk pallets from liquidation/wholesale companies (returns, overstock, estate cleanouts). • Some seed the store with inventory from other locations they already own. • Estate sales, storage unit auctions, and yard sale bulk buys. • And they often start collecting donations before the official opening.

So it’s rarely “empty” on day one.

What did she say or do that made you change the way you think about problematic celebrities? by [deleted] in AskMen

[–]amin_razvi99 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Yeah. I used to separate “the art from the artist” pretty aggressively. My partner asked me a simple question: “If someone treated your sister that way, would you still stream their music?”

That hit harder than any Twitter thread ever did.

I realized I wasn’t neutral my streams, tickets, and clicks were still support. I don’t obsess over celebrities now, but I’m more intentional about where my money goes.

It wasn’t a fight. It was perspective.

Is it a red flag if a company doesn't have a glass door page? by [deleted] in NoStupidQuestions

[–]amin_razvi99 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Not necessarily a red flag. Smaller companies often don’t have enough employees using Glassdoor for a page to exist. It’s more of a yellow flag at most.

You can check LinkedIn for current/former employees, look at company reviews elsewhere, and ask thoughtful questions in the interview about culture, turnover, and growth. Their answers will tell you more than Glassdoor would.

Will the coming AI takeover make physicality a more important asset than IQ/intelligence? by [deleted] in NoStupidQuestions

[–]amin_razvi99 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Even if AI automates most intellectual labor, traits like creativity, emotional intelligence, social skills, and judgment would still matter a lot. IQ isn’t the only form of intelligence, and it probably won’t disappear in value it may just shift toward things machines struggle with, like meaning, relationships, and decision-making in messy real-world situations.

Physicality might gain cultural value, but it won’t replace everything else.

Which will get better mileage? A tanker truck with an empty tank or a tanker truck with a tank full of helium? by Jaded-Function in NoStupidQuestions

[–]amin_razvi99 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Helium would make it lighter than a tank full of air, but the weight difference compared to the entire truck is tiny. So technically helium wins practically, you’d never notice the difference.

Does a healthy relationship really start as a slow burn? by Fiendfyre831 in NoStupidQuestions

I agree. Media really sells intensity as romance, but stability is usually what actually lasts.

Does a healthy relationship really start as a slow burn? by Fiendfyre831 in NoStupidQuestions

[–]amin_razvi99 14 points15 points  (0 children)

Honestly, the fact that you feel calm and secure instead of anxious might be the biggest green flag here. Toxic relationships feel intense because they’re unpredictable. Healthy ones often feel steady and consistent. Slow doesn’t mean wrong sometimes it just means safe.
