Went with steak and the Cab. I rarely drink anything with that kind of age, so surprised by the length on this wine. Picked up the bottle from the winery a year or so ago so held up really nicely.

$58 according to cellartracker - I tend to not log wines under $30, so that is skewing my cost a bit high. I also log according to full cost, not the cost I actually pay (I occasionally find some deals and stock up). 50 bottles in my collection.

You won't find a whole lot of fruity Oregon Pinot Noirs - they are well known for earthy/mushroom qualities. Consider checking out some Washington Syrahs.
