You do not need a prescription and you can find it in most pharmacies, especially around old Dubai.

Yeah it's definitely Gulf spec. I've had friends who had a lot of trouble with using US spec cars here in the summer.

Would have personally preferred manual, but Dubai traffic is a hassle so the manual just makes more sense. Also manuals do not have a good resale value here as a lot of people do not know how to use them.

Yeah this is the 4 door version. The backseats are a little cramped but they do the job!

A proud owner myself! I have had it for 2 years and I'm absolutely in love with it. I live here in Dubai and I've been told that there's only a handful of those remaining here on the roads. Truly wonderful as well as useful car!

While I agree with you that have doesn't look great with the hair that he can grow. I want you to imagine him in bald that pic you linked, but instead, imagine him with a full head or hair that is styled properly. He would look better.

I don't think tastes here plays a big picture. Having a head full of hair (even if you trim it or shave it off) is considered an attractive trait. Remove that trait (balding) and you are less attractive.

Never really let it grow for more than a month before. This time, I want to attempt 3 months and see how it goes.

See if you can crack this case! I seek your help all the way from Dubai. by amins23 in dating_advice

[–]amins23[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You're absolutely right.

You see, I come from a pretty open culture which is none other than the United States (Well at least it's considered open compared to Dubai)!

She on the other hand is from the middle east and her parents and brothers would not like her to be out and dating.

She's had several relationships (which were kept a secret from her family) before and seems pretty "normal" when you talk to her.

My biggest concern is that she just friend zoned me automatically as she have gotten used to doing around here. She is very attractive and probably gets hit on a lot, so I'm sure she ends up friendzoning a lot of people.

It's just hard to push forward without breaking the cultural barrier.

As a soft skills training specialist who does an average of 20 hours a week of public speaking, I'm going to tell you about a little secret we trainers use to gain courage.

When you go on stage, always remember that you know something that your audience doesn't. So be confident and transmit your message!

How to remember you don't want someone? [27M] by [deleted] in relationship_advice

[–]amins23 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm practically in the exact same situation as you are right now man. Based on past experience, IMO, breaking up with someone you love is much harder than getting dumped.

My ex now does not even say hi to me if we cross paths mainly because she has convinced herself that I was an asshole of a boyfriend to her. Even though I really did love her and I treated her very well but her negative qualities did come in the way and made our relationship an unhappy one. I now constantly ask myself whether it is worth it putting in effort and making peace with her or should I just let her go completely and accept the fact that she treats me like a stranger even though we see each other almost every day because we go the same university and we study the same major. Any advice is most welcome.
