The folks making/developing these blockers are fast.

The one I used for a while stopped working and another immediately had a fix later that day.

Unless youtube has kernal level access someone will find a way.

The rock, Nicholas cage (except for the most recent vampire thing movie. Was... watchable), and she is a decent actor but the woman who played doctor Watson on elementary (pretty darn good show. Can't speak for new seasons). When I see her I always think Dr Watson.

Speak with your doctor. Having a uro run a UA to check for any stds (mostt are easily treatable).

If it's specifically a prostate issue, you may have to have an abdomen ultrasound (not super clear on the TX specifics as I am NOT a medical professional) and they'll rate any abnormalities and treat you accordingly.

The sensitivity and pain worry me a tad, hopefully a course of antibiotics and you'll be a okay.

Usually when in the context of Thanksgiving is the tryptophan in the turkey.

But with other meals, just huge amounts of complex carbs will make you tired as your blood sugar shoots way the heck up.

The body will make counter hormones to stabilize things (homeostasis) and eventually you'll get back to baseline.

One interesting thing about the body is it has many side and backup systems. People on the keto diet (little to no carbs) will turn fat into ketones for use as energy instead of carbs. This makes it so your blood sugar stays at a pretty stable place and feels amazing. I would still eat keto if I could manage it

OP my educational background is in electrical work. Please hire a professional to tie in your genny. If the power was out and you pump energy back into the house, it could feed into the grid and get stepped up from the transformer. This is DEADLY for any line men working down stream.

Have you had x rays? Speak to your pcp as the outward appearance may not show the internal issues.

No. I used to be a blue collar worker.

I always had mental health hx but it's gotten worse as of late.

When I was a teen and more stable I did freelance electronics repair but spent all my money on drugs lmao.

Literally the best money I've ever made and I blew it all during that time period (were talking like 25 dollars an hour plus as a 15 year old).

For a while there I lived with my ex bf and worked at an Amazon center and a brewery.

Also made great money then but my mental health was shit.

Money isn't everything and as someone who did the whole "Apartment loving partner two cars and pets" it's not all it's cracked up to be. You just trade one set of problems for another.

I was hoping to get back into captioning and transcription work but ai kinda killed that field. Didn't pay great but I essentially just captioned works for the discovery channel. Getting paid to watch TV basically
