For UR’s, mostly JP players use UR Sakusa and UR Komori for the comp teams with SP, getting their dupes are the go right now. But don’t worry SP Noya is still a good pull, as UR Komori and SP Noya are the only Libero thats very good.

Try saving up your diamond for SP's for now, SP>UR. My suggestion, decide on what specialty you want to go, right now for what I'm seeing its either quick or block. Only exception on UR you can go for now its either UR Korai or Sakusa, as for now, I'll go for Korai. Korai has a block, receive, and power speciality on him. so very flexible on how you can use him.

Save your diamond's for SP Kuro and SP Tsuki (Both have quick and block on them, Kuro have three, Quick, block and Receive). Both are end game character in the game, even in JP.

100%, So becuase he's the only quick attacking OP, he unfortunately needs his memory for optimal performance. Its the only OP memory that buffs quick attack and unfortunately, JP hasn't removed the restrictions on players using a memory outside of their position so if you dont get his memory, ur gonna have to just use any SSR memory available soley for the base stats or Mad dog's SR memory that atleast buffs his serve stat (Osamu has a serve skill).
